somay & batagor noodles

somay & batagor noodles


Materials:
2 bks instant noodles
3 stems of scallion
2 pieces of sausage
5 tbsp flour sago
2 eggs chicken
to taste salt
pepper powder to taste
to garlic powder
to taste the dumpling skin


1. boil instant noodles until tender, cubed leeks, sliced sausage. combine all in one container, place eggs beaten with salt, peppergarlic powder, instant noodles and seasoning.

2. take the dumpling skin, fill with noodles is stacked in the container. steamed-+ 15 minutes until done.

3. serve somay with chilli sauce or peanut sauce

4. batagor: fried somay to yellowish
serve with chilli sauce or peanut sauce

that's the recipe of dumplings and batagor practise you can try at home.
